YouBar is a Moroccan software agency building for Dutch and European clients. The founding team spent years inside agencies, product companies, and consulting firms before deciding to build YouBar the way we always wished our employers would.

We started YouBar to fix three things we kept seeing break.
Wrong defaults on seniority
Agencies often push juniors because margins are higher. We quote per role and let you choose. Want a seniors-only squad? Fine. Want to mix in a junior to keep costs down? Also fine. The decision is yours, transparently.
Offshore ≠ cheap offshore
We are near-shore: Moroccan engineers trained in EU-aligned programs, one hour from Amsterdam, speaking the same languages as your team.

We quote per role and per seniority. Seniors-only, mixed, or junior-heavy. Your call. We tell you honestly what the work needs; you decide what to buy.
Write less code
The best code is the code we didn't have to write. We push back on features that won't earn their keep. Agencies bill hours; we'd rather ship.

We reach for proven tools. The novelty lives in the problem, not the framework. You'll thank us at year three.

If it shipped with our name on it, we'll still answer the phone about it later. Maintenance isn't someone else's problem.

We're deliberately keeping the firm small so we can be in every engagement ourselves. Hiring is measured, hand-picked, and internal, never a body-shop.
Why Morocco
European standards. Moroccan cost base. One hour apart.
Rabat sits in the same business day as Amsterdam. Our engineers studied at ENSIAS, INPT, EMI and similar schools, with curricula aligned with European CS programs. The difference is the cost structure, not the caliber.
