Fletcher Hotels runs 100+ hotels across the Netherlands and is expanding into Germany and Belgium. YouBar works alongside Fletcher's in-house development team and leads the technical direction across infrastructure, backend and frontend.

The PMS gateway
Fletcher was moving its entire chain onto a new core booking system. YouBar built the layer that made that switch possible without rebuilding all the existing software, so the business kept running throughout the migration.
Fletcher Partner Hotels
A platform that promotes external hotels under the Fletcher brand. It let Fletcher add 40 hotels in Germany and Belgium fast, so a technical build opened two new markets.

- Wellness booking. A smoother booking experience for Fletcher's wellness locations, rebuilt from an older external setup.
- Internal dashboard. The tool the team works from day to day, bringing scattered legacy tools into one place.
- Guest login. A single sign-on used across all Fletcher sites.
- Self-cancellation. Lets guests manage and cancel their own bookings.
- Cookie consent. A custom consent banner used across every Fletcher site.
Plus a steady stream of smaller tools and integrations across the group.
