Project

simplytime is YouBar's own product: time tracking for teams, and nothing else. A web app, a Chrome extension that starts a timer from a Jira or GitLab issue, and a public API, with a complete record of every change to every entry.

One timer, a clear week

Start a timer from the issue you're on, or add time by hand. An entry keeps its real start and stop times; a correction by hand shows next to them instead of rewriting them. One timer per person, and one left running is stopped at midnight or after the laptop has been away too long.

Every change on record

Time gets billed, so its history can't be edited. Every start, stop and edit is written as an event that can't be changed or deleted, with who made it and whether it came from the web app, the extension, the API or an integration.

The team at a glance

See who's tracking right now, and a two-week timesheet for everyone. Owners and admins see the whole team, team admins their own team, and everyone else their own time.

Jira, GitLab and Everhour

Chrome extension. A button next to the issue title in Jira and GitLab starts a timer on that issue, and time spent away from the laptop is kept or discarded with one question.
Issue search. Find Jira and GitLab issues from the web app and attach them to any entry. Time on a Jira issue lands on its Jira project automatically.
Everhour import. Teams moving from Everhour bring their people, their projects and their history, with Jira tickets still attached.

Reports and CSV

Group any period by project or by person, filter by team, and export exactly what was tracked to CSV, to the second.

Public API and webhooks. A documented REST API and signed webhooks, so time flows into invoicing and planning tools.
Billing. Free for two people, then per person per month, with our own monthly invoicing through Mollie and VAT handled per EU country.
Push reminders. A timer left running for hours asks whether you're still working on it, with Stop right in the notification.
Support tools. An admin panel for support: billing actions, impersonation that's always visible, and a log of every admin action.
